In order to provide the best level of service and the lowest possible cost, the COC is working with a local travel agency, Center Travel.  For your convenience, you will be able to book your hotel rooms for Grand Hotel Royal Corinthia, Hotel Atlantic and Best Western Hungaria; any tours or other activities on our website. (The one you are looking at now!)

Before you make your hotel reservations, we strongly suggest that you read the information which we have provided about the hotels, their location and their cost.  If you have any questions about any of the hotels, or the tourism programs, please contact, via e-mail: hotel@jciec2009.org or incentives@jciec2009.org.  

The room rates of Grand Hotel Royal Corinthia and Best Western Hungaria are indicated on our web pages. Prices are given in Euro, taxes and administration costs are excluded but breakfast are included (except one case in Corinthia). During the payment process the taxes and administration costs added to your total cost. In case of wire transfer payment you should add the taxes (23%) to the total cost.In this case we suggest to contact before the payment with our travel agent at hotel@jciec2009.org e-mail address.

Hotel bookings are valid only when made with the payment.  Any reservation remaining unpaid for 15 days will be deleted.
